Accounting Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Gather all information for weekly reporting

Assist with legal documentation and ensure accurate completion

Enter all Accounts Payable

Prepare and mail weekly checks

Respond to vendor inquiries

Manage Expense Reports

Manage Vehicle Inventory

Scan and file documents and paperwork

Open and distribute mail

Qualification Requirements:

Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment.  Job requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Must have the attitude and ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a professional, positive demeanor.

Education and/or Experience:

BA/BS in Accounting preferred
Excel and Word proficiency
Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Ability to interact with and support other team members
