Job Description: New Home Specialists

Come join an Award Winning Sales Team and become part of the Creative Homes Family. This role is great for a high energy, experienced Sales professional with a proven track record in Real Estate. New Home Specialists are responsible for generating and following-up on leads, qualifying potential buyers, educating prospects, guiding homebuyers throughout the sales process, and working with our internal team to ensure a seamless experience for the buyer.

New Home Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Generate traffic through relationships, referrals, and other networking opportunities
  • Provide an industry leading home buying experience
  • Facilitate communication with our buyers to ensure their satisfaction, knowledge, and understanding of process from sale through closing.
  • Commitment to achieve sales related business goals and strive to be an industry leader.

Qualification Requirements:

Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Attitude and ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a professional, positive demeanor.
Ability to work weekends.

Education and/or Experience:

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.
Continuing education in business/real estate coursework and /or comparative business related experience preferred
