We really had a great home building experience with Creative. Our home was completed on schedule and they worked closely with us on every aspect of the project. Our site supervisor was incredible – he was catching things before we even noticed them and had them remedied quickly and to our standards. The design process and selection process were fun and Katie had great suggestions and knew her pricing backwards and forwards. She got back to us quickly with changes or modifications. Overall, we would highly recommend Creative and would build with them again in the future.

It has been four months since we have moved into our home and I cannot put into words how thankful we are that we built with Creative. They’re the type of company you feel like once you move in you want to invite over for dinner and drinks once a month! The entire process from writing an offer to closing on the home was seamless and we loved working with their preferred lender! I think what put this company over the top was the warranty process. With the increased new construction sales year over year, many people who purchase new construction complain about the lack of availability subcontractors have because they have become so busy.  In conversation with other friends and family who have built new construction with other companies, I truly believe that Creative is unique in that!
